A Weekend in Nature

The Krka National Park is again organizing the project “A Weekend in Nature”.

Every Saturday and Sunday in the month of October individual visitors can visit the Krka National Park for discounted entrance tickets of 50 kn for adults and children from 7 to 18 years old.

With the Weekend in Nature project the Krka National Park joins the program “A week of rest is worth it” organized by the Ministry of Tourism and the Croatian Tourist Board. The aim of the program is to stimulate the domestic market for tourism activities in the pre- and post- season. Through the program “A week of rest is worth it”, all citizens of Croatia will have the opportunity to get to know and visit different parts of the country with cheaper prices for numerous tourist products, from accommodation, transportation, sights, to hospitality services and various experiences.

Autumn is the ideal season to visit the Krka National Park. Educational hiking trails and bike routes at various places in the Park are a true experience for all nature lovers. On the one hand, the paths lead through enchanting landscapes of preserved nature and, in an environment of autochthous plant and animal species, provide an atmosphere of comprehensive integration with nature. On the other hand, the trails are also equipped with educational posters with information about the living world that the visitor sees and the cultural and historical features in the area.

That is why we are inviting all visitors to take advantage of this program and take a stroll through the autumn Krka, rich in water with the soothing autumn colors reflected in it. See you in October at the Krka National Park!

The working hours of the Krka National Park until October 15 are from 8am to 6pm and from October 16th to October 31st from 9am to 5pm.
